1. Service Deposits

Project deposits are generally non-refundable once technical discovery and architecture work has commenced.

2. Milestone Payments

Payments for completed milestones are non-refundable as they represent work already delivered and approved.

3. Monthly Rentals

Monthly rental services can be cancelled at any time. Refunds for partial months are not provided.
